Steps to Confident Communication
Consultation
Your child’s communication skills are informally assessed to determine if an evaluation is warranted.
Evaluation
Your child's communication skills are evaluated and a personalized treatment plan is created.

Consultation
During our free phone consultation, we will discuss your child's communication skills and determine if a further evaluation is needed. This consultation is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and determine if Bright Beginnings Speech Therapy is right for your child.

Evaluation
During the evaluation, your child's communication abilities will be assessed to better understand their unique needs. Based on the results, a personalized treatment plan will be created to help your child achieve their communication goals. The goal is to provide high-quality therapy in a comfortable and familiar setting to help your child grow and succeed.

Therapy
I offer convenient in-home speech therapy services for children where their personalized therapy plan is implemented, and progress is carefully monitored to ensure success. Therapy sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, using evidence-based techniques to promote learning and growth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does My Child Need An Evaluation?
Yes, in order to provide appropriate speech-language therapy, an evaluation is needed.
How often will my child have therapy?
The number of therapy sessions for your child will be determined by the severity and diagnosis of the speech and/or language disorder.
What ages do you work with?
I work with children from 12 months to 11 years old.
Will you go to my child's daycare?
Yes! If your daycare or preschool allows, I will gladly provide therapy at that location. I can also provide therapy at any community location including the park or playground.
Do You Take Insurance?
No, Bright Beginnings Speech Therapy is currently an out-of-network, private pay entity. We accept credit, debit and HSA/FSA. Payment is due at time of service.
If you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, Bright Beginnings can provide a superbill upon your request. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine any out-of-network coverage for speech-language therapy.
Being private pay allows Bright Beginnings the freedom and flexibility to provide services without any red tape from insurance companies. In comparison to the insurance company who tells YOU how many sessions are approved, you and I decide the frequency of therapy based on your child’s needs. With private pay, there are no regulations or restrictions over preauthorizations, continuation of services or referrals from pediatricians. We are able to start therapy as soon as you and your child are ready to commit.
